Guenzo Engineering is a Latvia-based mechanical engineering and CAD company helping manufacturers, OEMs, product companies and engineering teams turn ideas, existing designs and production requirements into practical, manufacturing-ready solutions.
A major part of our work is outsourced engineering capacity. We support companies that need additional SolidWorks and mechanical engineering resources for recurring CAD work, design updates, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, revisions and product development. Guenzo can work on a defined project or operate as an extension of an internal engineering department for long-term support.
Our core services include mechanical design, SolidWorks CAD, product development, machine and mechanism design, sheet metal and weldment design, reverse engineering, technical drawings, DFM/DFA, prototyping and manufacturing support. We prepare production-ready documentation for CNC machining, laser cutting, press-brake bending, welding, 3D printing and other manufacturing processes.
We regularly work with SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor and can also support workflows involving AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Onshape and other common engineering formats. Deliverables can include native CAD files, STEP, DXF, STL, manufacturing drawings, GD&T, BOMs, cut lists, flat patterns and supplier-ready documentation.
Guenzo is particularly suited to companies that need flexible engineering capacity without hiring additional full-time staff. Typical ongoing CAD and mechanical engineering support is €35–45/hour, while clearly defined CAD production work can start from €30/hour. Fixed-price quotations are also available for projects with a clearly defined scope.
Based in Liepāja, Latvia, we work remotely with clients across Scandinavia, the Baltics, the wider European market and internationally. Our approach combines direct engineer-to-client communication, manufacturing knowledge, fast iteration and practical design decisions focused on producing parts and products that can actually be built.

Great set of Engineers!
I've done multiple different projects with these guys. And I can only be positive about them. They are hard workers, they think with you on the projects and overal great people.
