The main reason I hired them was to get professional support and save my time, but unfortunately, I spent most of my time chasing the team for updates. Although a WhatsApp group was created, communication was extremely poor. Most updates were only shared after repeated follow-ups, and many questions remained unanswered for long periods. Another major issue was the lack of transparency. Whenever team members were on leave, attending events, or unavailable, clients were not informed in advance. This resulted in delays and uncertainty about what work was actually being done on my account. Time management and project handling were also below expectations. There was no proper reporting system, no clear accountability, and very little proactive communication from the team. As a client paying for account management services, I expected a much more organized and professional approach. The most frustrating part has been the refund process. Despite multiple follow-ups and waiting for a long time, my refund is still pending. The lack of urgency in resolving this issue has significantly reduced my trust in the company. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering their services first discuss communication standards, reporting frequency, delivery timelines, and refund policies in detail before making any payment. Unfortunately, my experience did not justify the promises made during the sales process, and I regret choosing this service provider.
