Define

In this often-ignored step we work with you and your team to identify and understand your target audiences more deeply and fully. This allows us to create a site with content, color scheme, and “feel” that connects more deeply with that target. In the end this creates more connection to your brand for that audience.

Design

Once your audience has been defined in step 1 the process flows naturally to designing a website that feels like a place of home, or at least a place where they are known by your brand. This includes creating beautiful design that connects in subtle ways that are meaningful to your audience. These include color pallet, font pallet, images, and the precise words used to describe your offerings.

Traffic

A website without traffic is a waste. An analogy I often use is a website without traffic is like a radio station without a beacon or transmitter. Bluntly it is useless. Once the website is built the process moves to acquiring traffic. However, you don’t need just any traffic you need traffic from your target audience. We use online advertising and search engine optimization strategies to acquire that traffic.

Convert

Finally, all the steps above, while important and helpful, are useless if that traffic does not convert into leads or ultimately sales. We are conversion rate optimization specialists that use statistical and mathematical processes to increase your conversion percentages over time. This includes A/B testing, heat map usage, scroll depth, dwell time, and other KPIs to get to the heart of visitor usage.
