Just had interview with them, first i cleared the telephonic round then i was told i'll be called for f2f. But then there was no response so emailed them to which they replied after a week. So next week i went there for f2f, cleared the technical f2f round, the technical person had asked me everything you could ask from a person regarding javascript, react.js and redux and i answered 90% of questions correctly, the interviewer gave positive review to the HR after face to face, which HR confirmed herself when i asked her after techincal f2f. then HR told me that you have cleared your technical congrats but we need to also discuss with the upper management but those people weren't available at the moment . I didn't have much time as i was already holding another offer so i requested them to give me answer by 4pm and i left. Then at 4pm i received the call from HR telling me that since concerned people were not available and the discussion with them is required so we cannot move forward the interview process meanwhile the company who had given me the offer had shifted my joining date from monday to tuesday. Now i emailed the grappus telling them that ok i've got more time you can discuss with upper management as you wanted to. Now on monday a Senior HR calls me and tells me that sorry we are not selecting you, i asked the reason then she told me that you didn't clear the telephonic. I corrected her that it was f2f not telephonic. Then she made an excuse saying that the technical person didn't gave positive reviews, which either means she is lying or the technical guy is an insecure person who cannot accept that a person younger than him can have good knowledge and he feels threatened. Then i told the senior HR that the technical person gave positive review which i confirmed when asked the HR after techincal round f2f. Now the Senior HR made another excuse that actually we need a senior and experienced person for the role, so that's why we are not moving forward with you. This was my experience and certainly not a good one. - Looking for hands on experience on coolest technologies , then grappus is definitely a place for you
- It's been almost a year working here. Have met some really awesome people, embarked on journeys I never thought I'd take and experienced different dimensions of design. It was one hell of a roller coaster ride with varieties of highs and unforeseen lows - but I'm glad it went that way, as that's what made it worthwhile. The team here is exceptionally creative and innovative.Grappus to me is my 2nd home and the team here is like family.
- This company has the best working environment one can find with willing seniors and friendly colleagues. Learning and exploring phase never ends here. I highly recommend this company if you want to strengthen your base and have concrete knowledge of your domain.
- Nice experience having interviewed there. The office is one big hall containing all the laptops, kitchen and other things. The office looks cool.
