- I’m not sure why there are any bad reviews on here, you get out of this job what you put into it, I have been working here a few days now and I received great training, the CEO (Aaron) is a very great business man and worked with me personally in the store my first few days to make sure I understood everything. The rest of the team is very supportive and uplifting. There are much harder jobs that pay a lot less, if you take the marketing tips you are taught and use them correctly you will be successful in making sales.
- It’s a pyramid scheme, it’s all about putting people under you so you can be “successful” which is not guaranteed.
- Hi! To the young college student that is seeking employment here: let me be entirely transparent with you before you make this decision. The task: This marketing job will place you in a kiosk at the front of Sam’s club or in the back of Target. You will be attempting to give a sales pitch to shoppers who will want nothing to do with you. You may be able to catch a few people and finally make a sale! (This is attributed to the law of averages.) The pay: Hold on a second though, will you be paid for that sale? Nope, you will have to wait until they activate their services. (With an average of a 60% cancellation rate.) But wait! You may not be paid for that sale. You will have to have enough services activated in your paycheck week to EXCEED your hourly. Only then will you finally be compensated for all of your hours of harassing people. But will it be on TOP of your hourly? Nope! You either receive the commission check or the hourly check. The hours: Expect to work every weekend and most week days. You will be in the office for at least 1-3 hours most days of the week BEFORE work attributed to “training others” to “build your marketing team!” Will you receive anything for training or even having a team in the first place? Nope. Your hours spent in the office before work every week will be unpaid. Work/life balance 2/10 Possible benefits/Incentives: No insurance, 401k, nothing of the sort. An average commission structure based only on if you sell more than your hourly check. Average bonuses. They will pay for you to travel occasionally (hotel and gas, not food). Rare “team nights” paid for. The positives: The CEO, Aaron Chisolm. He is a great man and would give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. Summary: There are people in this business that are successful. This company attempts to sell you a dream: “We will give you your own office within 9-12 months!” Reality: A business loan of $5,000 and a network of the successful people in the business.
- Love the area and it's never been too crowded whenever I go there. They do a great job of keeping the place up too
- Aaron’s a Great guy and a great trainer the company is great really knows what he’s doing and what he wants to accomplish for himself and others. Just wasn’t ment for me
