The team at Go Wombat is nothing short of amazing. Honestly, I love the company culture, my team members are fun, and I enjoy my work on a daily basis. I think that managers do a great job creating an engaging environment but also making sure we deliver results. I regularly have to find solutions and handle many responsibilities, but I am definitely happy with the overall atmosphere. I actually think it’s one of the best jobs I’ve had, so the fact that I like the atmosphere is a pretty big bonus. We also have loads of different perks, including a corporate gym budget, which is pretty nice considering the fact it’s also an enjoyable place to work. I also appreciate how accessible the managers are. I’ve worked for companies where you barely ever see the executives, and there was no chance of speaking with them. Go Wombat is different – all I have to do is IM whoever I needed to talk to, and I could easily get a hold of them.

I joined Go Wombat in 2020, so I’ve been with the company for a while now. The reason I’ve remained is because it is one of the few companies that, in my experience, go the extra mile to give their employees and clients everything they need to succeed. I’ve been given the ability to put together a team of knowledgeable experts and manage them using the techniques that I find the most effective. This has taught me a lot about the best ways to leverage our workforce while allowing me to learn what actions motivate my team. In terms of the work quality, Go Wombat delivers comprehensive services and is completely transparent with clients which is essential to me. I’m actually directly involved in client-facing activities and I think it’s refreshing just how open the company is with our clients, partners, and team members alike. Definitely recommended.

In short: I do not recommend the company for cooperation, because they do not fulfill the agreements and work slowly. Essence: We didn't pay for the test task, although we agreed on it and I spent a lot of time on it (plus I connected a person from Europe to do the job better). Details: Responded to the position of IT Marketing Writer. HR Kateryna addressed me on Wednesday, January 6. The interview is scheduled for the 11th. In the process, they agreed with Armen (their marketer) that I would do a test and they would pay for it (although I expected not to charge for it if I was hired, but only if I was denied). He even specifically connected a person from Spain to read the text, because the target audience of the article is Swedes, whose English is only the second most widely used language (actually, as in Spanish). The next morning I sent them the finished material. I waited for answers for four days and finally decided to write first. Kateryna replied that, unfortunately, my work did not suit customers. I tactfully said, "Okay, no problem. Can I count on paying for the test?" She answered in the affirmative to this question, but stopped answering my subsequent messages. The decency of the company is perfectly highlighted in such small details. Therefore, I advise you to think carefully before you start working with Go Wombat.
