- I dealt with John and Emma I wasnt the easiest customer and John and Emma provided advice and help and we got a good product Its reassuring to know there are still people out there who know what they are doing
- I can't thank Susan, & the staff at Glasgow Creative enough. I made a panicked, short notice call; at almost 5pm on a Monday evening; with regards to the possibility of getting order of service cards arranged, for Wednesday afternoon. Susan was very helpful & professional, & advised that if I could get info to her quickly; they would be able to do the cards short notice. With fantastic communication & timeous responses, Susan sent me templates to choose from; then sent proofs for me to look at & designed the cards to my specifications. Glasgow Creative had also taken into consideration, that due to limited numbers allowed at funerals at present; full packages would not be required, & I was able to choose the amount I thought I would need under the circumstances. We picked up the beautiful & professionally created cards on Wednesday morning, less that 40 hours after my initial call. Thank you all for easing my anxiety, during a time of grief for my family & I; and providing a beautiful order of service.
