Profile strength: Good
Good is ok, but it seems that something very important is missing on the company profile. Future Access may be a good company to work with. It requires a little more attention and research from your side, as they might not have reviews or portfolio items just yet.. Do your due diligence before contracting Future Access.

How much does Future Access charge for their services compared to other companies in Canada and St. Catharines?
Future Access is one of those companies that decided to not disclose their pricing. We do not know the exact reason, but we assume their price range can be pretty flexible, depending on each project and client, that is why. Rise this topic once you will discuss it with them.
How many services does Future Access provide compared to other companies?
Future Access covers 6 services in their current region or area. This means that the company offers a medium range of services compared to their competitors. This is safe. A bit of experience from more fields is always good, in case you may need additional services, they can cover it as well.

Compared to other companies, Future Access is veteran in the market. What can be added here? A very experienced company, which most of the time works with bigger clients or long-term projects. If you are one of these - don't think twice and contact them.
Portfolio
Having now reviews yet might be ok to trust, but having no portfolio...it's a little risky. We highly advice to look for another company. Better safe than sorry.

- In my opinion, the team at Future Access has demonstrated their ability to work together to put the customer first. I really feel like a true VIP getting the royal treatment with every phase of our various projects. Their hands on approach is unmatched. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to stay ahead of the curve. Three years later..... Lol New owners and the team may have changed slightly but I have to say still the best service around. My business has changed significantly and the team has been there every step of the way. I could not have done it without them!!! Highly recommend
- We have been working with Future Access for a long time now, and it has been a pleasure! They have been consulting on our ecommerce website and we have seen excellent results with their help and guidance. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend them!
- If you are searching for a company to establish a successful online presence then you should probably NOT choose Future Access. I paid them thousands of dollars for a web site two years ago and although the website is attractive, it has done little to enhance my business. Truthfully it looks good because I provided all images, content, logo design etc. For the thousands that I spent, the people at Future Access assembled the site with my complete direction using Word Press. That's all. They did not register my domain name, handle my email, or provide any SEO. I had to badger them about an SSL certificate for the site and then they complained about the cost. When the new "owner" was about to take over, he insisted I use them for a social media campaign. When I asked to see a successful campaign from any other company in their portfolio, the owner became insulted and angry. It was obvious they had not created a successful campaign for anyone yet. By the way, they suggested the proposed social campaign would cost me around $4000.+. Several months before the annual renewal date for my site, they began sending emails with a renewal bill. Unfortunately they sent me another company's bill first and then I insisted I pay a bill in late 2019 rather than March 2020 which was the anniversary date because my bill was being "pro-rated". How curious! . Also, when I reminded them that my bill was not due until March they suggested that I pay in installments if it would be easier for me. I would find that funny if it wasn't so ignorant and insulting. So I chose to host with a large company instead. But that, in a nutshell describes the culture of the new Future Access. Once again, if you are searching for a great Internet presence, drive right by the city of St. Catharines to the greater Toronto area where you will inevitably find some knowledgeable professionals who can really make things happen for you and your small business.
- Be aware: with the new owner and management, this may no longer be the same company that received all the great reviews in the past. Future access helped us build a website that includes a few pages before the new owner (Chris) took over the business recently. We found out recently that one of the pages of our website is lacking a basic function (adding a section to a page) that all the other pages have, suggesting an oversight by the developers when they were building the website. When we brought this to Future Access's attention, after they fixed this issue, they billed us for them fixing this problem, which shouldn't have occurred in the first place. When we called Chris and told him that we are not asking for any new feature added to the website but simply asking the developers to fix a mistake due to their oversight, his response was simply "we have to charge you, because it is out of warranty". So, be aware if you want to use this company. With the new owner and management, this may no longer be the same company that has received all the good reviews in the past (those great reviews led us to this company for building our website). I won't recommend it to anyone, unless you know about the website design and that you can check all the details and functionalities of the website after they hand it over to you. Future access will charge you for fixing their own mistakes. Update: we called Chris to delete the change (which was essentially fixing their own mistake) that their developers made to our website, since at this point, we don't want anything to do with Future Access. Chris told us, quote "there will be an additional 30 minutes needed at our usual rate of $85 an hour" to delete the change. To delete the change, as we found out by trying ourselves, all it takes was to click "Delete" button that takes 2 seconds to do. Unbelievable!
- My company has been working with Future Access for few years, and we have nothing but good things to say about them! They are easy to work with and do a great job! When looking for a web design firm, we spoke with many companies. They were the only company we believed could give us everything we needed from a business and creative standpoint, while giving us the personal attention we needed.
