- I have worked with Edie Fox extensively on our company's website revisions, additions, enhancements, and general maintenance. I am not a technical person, so I probably make her want to pull her hair out with my stupid questions, but you would never know it. She is kind, patient, honest, fast, and knowledgeable, and unfailingly reliable. She has also helped us with several domain and email issues. But perhaps the best thing about her, aside from her pleasant personality, is her uncommon initiative and ownership of our website. She constantly monitors the website to see if updates or additions are needed and then contacts us to advise accordingly. A pleasure to deal with!
