- Good working atmosphere
- Brand XT a spin off of Focaloid Technologies works in the same premises in Infopark. I was working as Business Development Manager there. It's the worst company with worst internal politics. They will make you work for 10 + hours and if you complain you'll be fired. The manager there is bossy and plays politics in the company. If you don't submit to his wishes he'll get you fired by the Management. I gave them business, they are surviving on my business but since the manager could not run the company as he wished as long as I was there he got me fired. They are a thankless bunch of people who don't value the business you got them. Never join this company. Anyway they'll close down soon due to lack of clients.
- Focaloid is one of those few companies that truly value their employees. We follow an open culture environment and believe in sharing knowledge and expertise. At Focaloid Technologies, we engage in developing apps for iOS, Android and Windows. In short, it's a fun place to be!
- Management is technically oriented. Opportunity to work with emerging and cutting edge technologies. Full independence in applying your ideas and creativity. Really good and rare to see initiatives like Architects meet to discuss and understand on the latest technologies + methodologies adopted. Easy access to top management for any clarification, issues etc.
