Flowtale is Danish AIcompany and recently we created an AI automation platform Flowform,  built on a simple promise: if you can explain it, we can automate it.
Where most automation tools force you to map every step in advance, Flowform takes a process you describe in plain language, or hand over as a flow diagram, or capture from a workshop, breaks it down into well-defined sub-tasks, and orchestrates AI agents to execute it end-to-end across your existing systems, exactly the way an employee would.

The result is intelligent automation of work that used to be too messy or too judgment-heavy for traditional RPA: reading and structuring documents, applying business rules, making routing decisions, drafting communications, and escalating to humans only when something genuinely needs a human eye.

In production today, Flowform handles 10,000+ freight bookings for LEMAN at 87% full automation and roughly 8 seconds per booking; runs live operational workflows for E3 Spedition, BHS Logistics and H.P. Therkelsen; and extracts contract obligations on European Energy's own Azure infrastructure. Customers typically free up 400–800 hours per process and reach ROI in 3–6 months.

Strategically, Flowform sits between two extremes that haven't worked for enterprises: generic LLM tools that hallucinate on real business processes, and rigid traditional automation that breaks the moment a process changes. We give enterprises the reliability of structured workflows with the flexibility of AI that understands plain language, running inside their own infrastructure, on their own data, fully auditable.

That's the product. The bet is that every business process that can be described will eventually be automated this way.
