- I had flow digital build me a website back in November 2017 which was set to go line at the end of December the website didn’t go live until late April in 2018 we’ll over due as they had no communication skills from there team they always made excuse some one was always on annual leave each day also the site was agreed to be build with landing pages which was agree in proposal and sign flow refused to build these pages which they ended up been build in the monthly marketing which the company did for me this company did seo work for over 12 month for me and the work was all sub standard I had other company take a look into the work done and was told of numerous company that the work had not been done properly and was very unprofessional. I feel as my company was just little company these guys could just take my monthly cost and do very little work they have now took me to small claims court for 2 Unpaid invoice which I refused to pay because the work has clearly not been done the whole process with this company has cause damage to my business they even handed the wrong files for my website over to the new host damaging it again avoid this company at all costs they talk a good talk but can not deliver on tasks or targets every thing is a hassle with they are unorganised if your looking for marketing and a new website look else we’re ZERO STARS GIVEN
- Ian was particularly great - patient and friendly, and was a pleasure to work with. I'd be interested in continuing work on SEO rather than the social media ad side but I think as I know my market and customers so well I have an advantage doing ads myself but for such a niche market they picked everything up, were reactive and professional. Would recommend.
