- I’ve lived in Pennsylvania all of my life and only recently I’ve started looking at marketing agencies for a busy I started years ago. I’ve dealt with other marketing agencies but most of them seemed uninterested. This is not something someone would find when working with Fig because they show genuine care for your personal success even if it’s something as small as redesigning a company logo. I highly recommend working with Fig if you can.
- Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, always a pleasure walking in there
- As a fellow B Corporation, Work Wisdom has found our partnership with Fig Industries to be exceptionally helpful during the very hardest days of the COVID-driven recession. The Fig team has been creative and responsive in helping us secure repeat and new business through digital marketing strategies that would not be possible without their savvy. While this small team could have easily slowed down when COVID was negatively impacting their business, instead they ramped up collective marketing of the entire Lancaster Small Business community. Our community owes Fig a huge debt of gratitude for their relentless passion for small, responsible businesses. This Thanksgiving, our team is deeply grateful for Fig Industries.
- Hopefully Deb is nicer to work with now then a student trying to get a portfolio review. When I went to PCAD years ago, we had set up a portfolio review with other creatives in the area. When Deb worked at Moxie House - I was suppose to meet her at her house at a specific time. When I went, the door was open and no one was home. I walked around the creative area calling out, but no one was there. A student working for her from F&M came and said she was doing a photo shoot somewhere else and she was going to drive me there. So she did. I met with Deb, and I remember her giving me a quick review, barely looking at my work, with very little feedback. Then she sent me off, but the student from F&M left. So I had to walk back to my car at Moxie House, in the rain, with my portfolio. When we finally got our feedback from the professors, Deb had much more to say, negatively, about my work than she did in person. But I am not sure how she could say anything at all when she barely looked at my work. Anyway - I thought about this obviously years later since Moxie House is now Fig, but always wanted to let Deb know to maybe treat people with more respect, especially when you agree to meet with a young student trying to gain useful feedback on their work. Also, maybe make sure your employees are kind too and don't just leave someone stranded in a city they are unfamiliar with. By the sounds of their negative reviews on glass door, sounds like I am not the only one who had a negative experience with Deb.
- Great quality video production with quick turn-around! We will definitely use Fig Industries again for our next video project.
