Fellow Bytes is a small software company based in Nitra, Slovakia. One senior engineer with ten years of commercial experience takes a project from the first conversation through to production, so the person you brief is the person who writes the code, and the one you call when something needs changing later.

We work across the whole stack. On the front end that means React, Next.js and TypeScript; on mobile, React Native and Expo; on the server, Node.js with NestJS, or PHP with Symfony and Laravel, on PostgreSQL or MySQL. E-commerce work is mostly PrestaShop, including custom modules and integrations with ERP and warehouse systems.

Recent projects show the range. Canteen is a multi-tenant SaaS for company canteens: four applications on one API, covering lunch ordering on the web, a kiosk, an offline-ready counter terminal and month-end billing. FyzioDesk is practice management software for physiotherapy clinics, with a calendar, online booking, medical records, exercise plans and invoicing. FirmFlow is a white-label employee app in React Native, where each company gets its own branding and only the modules it pays for. On PrestaShop stores a focused performance pass routinely moves mobile PageSpeed from around 40 to over 90.

We also build AI into products rather than around them: product copy generated through OpenAI and Anthropic models, and MCP servers that let an assistant work inside a client's own application without reaching data it should not see.

Engagements start with a short written scope and a fixed estimate, and we stay available after launch. Working languages are English, Slovak and Czech, and we work remotely with clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia.
