I was a customer for a little over 5 months. During my time, I found their UX for administration of the campaign to be cumbersome and clunky. You have one system for Payment, another system for Campaign Administration, and a third for Reporting. The interface is unfriendly as they have buttons for logging out looking like the export button. Their campaign on-boarding is rough and hasn't been thought out. That, or they rushed my sale and then pushed me through to spend. Finally, where asked for them to show where the impressions were served, they couldn't account for all of them. After stating that they will discount the invoice the amount of the unaccounted-for impressions, they then reneged and stated they weren't going to do it. I would seriously consider another option unless you're personally going to manage hands-on and just don't want to build your own platform.
