They didn't spend much time on onboarding because the vendor's team provided an extensive and detailed demo of the platform. The support team helped us a lot with all the questions we had some difficulties with. The real-time reports provided data on the performance, and based on it, we adjusted ad spending. As a result, we optimized our ad budget and avoided wasting the budget on underperforming traffic. Also, we used the reports to track information about the data and create lookalike audiences based on our existing customer base.
