These people hounded me for months, we're the best, experts in your field, you'll get more from your google ads because we take less money, blah and etc....well they finally convinced me to leave my long term standing with Reach Local to sign up. Biggest mistake of my business career, 26 years now and these guys are the worse I've run across in 26 years of business. If I depended on this company to continue to stay open and do well, I would've been put out of business by how nothing they did. I have a good website, they didn't like it because it wasn't theirs, so they start with an attitude. My goal for them was simple, I want good consistent internet presence so when people are looking for what we do, they will see me, and as long as I'm in the game, we'll do well. Okay, over $6,000.00 and only two leads later, I'm back with Reach Local thank god. I emailed these people and said nothing is happening, I'm not even on the first page, please help, what can we do, etc...I got crickets. Once they got their contract and money, all of those calls I used to get? Gone. I'm sorry but they treated me like they were doing me a favor, and didn't know what I was talking about. I've been doing this for 26 years, listen to me! The worst, go elsewhere and save your business.
