- I have been an Einstein Medical client since 2004, thinking that the then infant Internet would help my cosmetic and reconstructive dental practice have a broader reach to more of the right kind of patients. With the help of my account representative Mike Berman and talented web designers like John O’Neill, my site has grown selectively in content and approach over the years and adapted to changes in the way major search engines grade and rank websites. Working with Mike and John has consistently kept me on the front pages of all of my major search terms, often with multiple positions on the front page, without using any pay per click or other non-organic SEO. John O’Neill and I have just completed the fourth major remake of our website and I thought he did a marvelous job. Bottom line, my ROI is off the charts and has been for many years working with Einstein. We are consistently pulling patients from all over The north east and have maintained high levels of productivity even in the worst of economic times, from the effort and work that we have put into the website with Einstein’s guidance. - Update to original review: I received a call on our regular office number requesting to speak with me. I was told that this would not happen again and I received an apology. Thanks to Britney(sp?) for getting in touch and letting me know this was not your typical approach for getting clients. Original review I received a vague message from Alex Green on the cell phone number I provide my patients for emergencies. Nothing mentioning that he was not a patient or how he got the number that is only provided to patients for emergencies and is spelled out specifically for that purpose on our office phone. It became apparent very quickly that he was a salesman as he would not stop talking no matter how often I tried to interject. Very unprofessional and shady sales tactics using an emergency number to contact a doctor to make a pitch.
