- They were very helpful in getting an old Betamax tape converted onto a USB before Christmas. From the first email contact, I got a very professional and prompt response. Unfortunately, the covid lockdown caused a slight delay when I wasn’t able to give them the tape as early as planned. Fortunately, even though they were very busy, they said they would try to get it done before Christmas. They were so understanding and delivered on time. Thank you!

- I took a treasured VHS recording of my children taken 25 years ago along to Big Egg. I thought the recording must be in very bad condition after first having it copied at another place whose end product was abysmal, terrible sound and cut out after a few minutes. Big Egg (Movie Moments) have produced a wonderful copy, clear visuals and sound. I am very pleased with the result.
