Eclo Solutions was established in 2003 by four engineering graduates driven by a shared vision to innovate in the field of embedded systems and technology solutions. In 2008, we became pioneers in cloud and wireless solutions with the launch of our Adamastor system. This cutting-edge solution featured wireless sensors using Zigbee technology to connect with a cloud-based backend, managed via a web application—a significant departure from traditional on-premise software. By 2013, this system evolved into a next-generation platform, renamed Eclo One, further enhancing its capabilities. In 2016, our CEO, José Simões, founded .NET nanoFramework as a spin-off of the discontinued .NET MicroFramework. This innovative framework quickly became a cornerstone of our technology stack, enabling us to deliver exceptional embedded system solutions.
