- Very poor working atmosphere. Management team is not supportive and have communication gap. Salary Structure is very poor. They can never give you the salary, you deserve. Even, they can tell you anytime to leave the company, as they cannot give you the salary that they have to pay, whether you are a senior or junior. In fact, you won't be able to upgrade your skills, while working there. Sometimes, if you need to take a day off, even for any urgent case, they don't provide you a leave. I will suggest people not to join this company to ruin your life.
