e-Sharp is an AI strategy and implementation consultancy based in Israel, founded by Shahar Peer after more than two decades leading technology, e-commerce and digital transformation programmes for large organisations.

We work with the companies most AI vendors skip: manufacturers, importers and distributors running real operations on established ERP, CRM and WMS systems, where a failed integration costs far more than a failed experiment.

WHAT WE DO

AI strategy and roadmapping. We begin with diagnosis, not technology — mapping existing processes, identifying where AI and automation actually move a number, and prioritising initiatives by expected return. The deliverable is a sequenced roadmap with defined KPIs, not a list of tools.

Autonomous AI agents. We design and build agents for B2B sales, customer service and internal operations, primarily on Voiceflow, integrated with CRM and ERP and deployed across web, WhatsApp and voice. We focus on what decides whether an agent survives contact with production: data readiness, handoff-to-human rates, guardrails and measurement.

B2B e-commerce and agentic commerce. Digital sales channels built for B2B reality — complex catalogues, customer-specific pricing, quotation and approval flows, and the emerging layer of autonomous purchasing agents.

Enterprise AI development. Rapid delivery of internal tools, management dashboards and process automation using AI-assisted development, with full code ownership transferred to the client.
