E-Growth Management is a Context Engineering consultancy operating out of Buenos Aires, Argentina, working with companies across Latin America. We do not sell generic "AI agency" services or one-off automations bolted onto existing tools. Our practice is built around a single method: the Model Workspace Protocol (MWP), created by Jake Van Clief and documented in a public academic paper (arXiv:2603.16021). MWP treats folder structure itself as the architecture of an AI agent: interpretable plain-text files instead of opaque orchestration frameworks, every prompt and piece of context version-controlled in git, and no dependency on any single vendor's tooling. The result is that when an engagement ends, the client owns a working system they can read, modify, and extend on their own, not a black box that only we can maintain.

Our engagement model has two tracks. Track 1, Operate, is built for teams that need AI running in production: it opens with a 60/30/10 Audit, a short paid diagnostic that maps where agentic workflows create real leverage inside a specific business, and scales into the MWP Sprint, a four-to-six week engagement that ships agents.md files, folder architecture, MCP integrations, custom skills, retrieval pipelines, and n8n workflows, plus training and a runbook so the internal team can operate the system without us. Track 2, Preserve/Sovereign, is for owners and founders who care about long-term control of their AI infrastructure, starting with an AI Governance Briefing and extending into a full Sovereign Build.

We back this with our own operative harness of skills and integrations running in production, and with active case work: Medra, a healthcare SaaS product built end to end with MWP in its agent layer, and Arca Yaco, a winery whose landing page and automation stack we implemented the same way. We train directly with Jake Van Clief and cite the arXiv paper publicly rather than rebranding the method as our own.
