When I called, I was set up with a time to speak with a representative, that person was Michael the CEO of Drive Traffic Media. I asked about previous work examples of other websites that they had designed. I needed to see what level of talent I was dealing with, afterall thousands of people every year would see the site and it had to be eye candy. I asked about other things such as merchant services and if they would have any trouble connecting the merchant service that I was with. In the end it was Michael that sold me.
