I had appraoched DOTLINE to create my website and digital marketing, had good results, and ROI from the campaigns they worked for us.

i searched for the company on google to visit there office as i have an issue with there service . unfortunately there is no office or even no phone number only watssap and they-are totally not replying, just read some reviews and i found many issues but i think the owner of the company he reply for some one maybe has same issue of mine or he meant us , this company took 50 % in advanced to start making the web site for us and they made delay fro more than 6 months to start the designing saying it is corona etc>> we say no problem show us something and they start designated they finish the designing with some issues, around end of November and order gave to them in April 2020 finished not completely with some modification requested , and as i wanted to give more support to them told them to take the hoist of other domain we have . in the month of December after that new year and told them we will clear rest of payment in Feb 2021, but it seams they do not understand there delay , and one night they inter in to our cpanel and they changed all password of the email and suspended website from working which accusing lots of issues for the sales department to manage the work and respond to our customer, even that we told them to send some one to collect rest of payment coz not a big issue to generate problem for small things as business method not to generate issue for small reasons . they refuse to send some one for collecting the money and wanted us to deliver the payment to there bank as they do not want to come and collect the money , and the lost of the sales team for not having emails due to there unprofessional behavior and not even want to move to collect the payment as any company must have voucher receipt. for the payment. in the end we found there is no even a company setup available on ground just no one no office. seriously after this i cannot give you good rate coz this is my experience

No real company they just taking money and do the work for more than half year without any professional atmosphere of designing. Since you block me from replying to you. i still have the rights to complete my comment. Your completely wrong about what you said and you know why and you do not know with whom you are talking as it seams you have many issues with other customer . And who ever i am i still have the right to rate your service as this is google service and it is less cost to make your customer satisfied than trying to give false promises for more than 8 months of making website.
