Diwave is a software company from Lviv, Ukraine, that has been building systems for physical equipment and real money since 2014. Our niche is the place where code meets hardware: a car wash post that accepts a card, a vending machine that reports its cash box, a small factory line that sends its sensor readings to a phone.
What we build. Payment and control software for self-service car washes: cashless and QR payments, loyalty cards, revenue per post, remote diagnostics. Vending and kiosk integration over MDB and ccTalk: bill validators, coin mechanisms, card readers, telemetry and cash reconciliation. IoT telemetry and lightweight SCADA for small plants: Modbus RTU/TCP over RS-485, gateways, offline buffering, alarms to Telegram or email, dashboards. Business software around the hardware: CRM, document automation, sales bots in WhatsApp and Telegram that generate contracts and invoices, e-commerce with two-way warehouse sync.
How we work. One small senior team covers the whole chain, from the controller and firmware to the backend, APIs, web and mobile apps. We prefer to understand the operator's process first and only then write code, so the result removes manual work instead of adding another screen. After launch we stay: monitoring, fixes and new features are part of the job.
Results so far. More than 14 million payment transactions have gone through software we built, and several platforms we launched years ago are still running and growing. We work with equipment manufacturers, operators and product companies in Ukraine, the EU, the UK and North America.
