Profile strength: Average
Average is better than “below average”, but not “good”, at least not on TechBehemoths. DigitalMarketer is one of those companies that might deliver some projects, but are not convincing enough. For this reason, their profile strength is average. Advice: get in touch with DigitalMarketer if you have a great intuition. Otherwise, go the extra mile and find a slightly better ranking company. We have 5,000 strong and excellent ones from a total of 43,000+.

- Fraud. I payed for an event in San Diego. But because of Corona it was canceled. Without letting me know, they had an online event in december. which i could not, but also not want to attend. Because i don't want to pay for an online event. Or video's. The reaction now is: "As the show has now passed were are unable to issue any transfers or refunds. " And that's it....
- First I have to say that this guys are one of the best marketers anywhere by far however they do not respond to calls or emails I have spend at least $3000 dollars in training and they are amazing but every time I need to access them there is always a problem as of now I can not access of training that I already paid for. Customer service needs to improve a lot.
- 1) Purchases not available, I purchased Email Mastery a few weeks ago and was about 1/4 the way into the program and now its gone no longer available in my purchases profile. 2) I see for some reason I am set up on the $95 recurring monthly billing, there should be no subscription billing as I did not sign up for this. I thought this was addressed with Reene Johnson by email about 3 weeks ago. She assured me I would NOT be charged a subscription billing. That has not happened. 3) I have tried to cancel the Subscription using the Cancel Subscription button, However, this does not seem to work. 4) The password system does not work, each time I want to login I need to reset the password and the password does not get saved. 5) The online support chat people do not respond, says they respond in minutes, its been days now. 6) The telephone support people do not answer 7) Email support stopped replying weeks ago I must be fool, because I had the same experience 2 years ago. They stiffed me for a monthly subscription back then, when I just purchased a single course. I took months for the subscription billing to stop. Shame on my for trying again.
- The Digital Marketer’s office in Austin is spacious with open floor plan for the staff to collaborate. Conveniently located on the south west of downtown Austin overlooking the Greenbelt. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. Ample parking spaces foe the visitors as well.
