Working at Digital Web Properties is amazing because it is probably the best company in Romania that can teach & deliver next level, advanced SEO Strategy (Audits, Content, Backlinks Profile). The work environment is great (amazing & open-minded young people - the teamwork is very strong) Salary & Career-wise advancement is another big plus for this company. The company offers respect & seriousness - and demands the same from it's employees. I've been working here for half a year already and things are looking better and better with a constant growing team. :)

A mediocre company from the point of view of quality.A ceo that is always unhappy ,lacks soft skills ans has zero patience when it comes to explaining and mentoring his team.After explaining once he basically tells you to google what you do not know, has a rude attitude when it comes to speaking to employe's.His short temper and rude answers all of the time makes it hard to comunicate and also focuses on negative feedback.A toxic work place , your work hours get tracked with an app and also the clicks you do, the app works very poor and it becomes stressfull because the company focuses more on the app tracking more than the work quality.Would not recomand this job not even for somebody entry level due to poor management skills and the fact that the leader focuses on superficial things such as list of values instead of basic respect.They only respected the employee from the legal point of view meaning work contract and salary.You could work here if you enjoy mental torture and being pushed around.The concept of the company is nice but like i mentioned the manager does not want to be a team player,flexible and understand how a training and normal work place should function.Also another thing that seems weird is the fact that from the interview they will tell you that at least 100 people worked for them but nobody was capable of being kept(which i highly doubt that at least one person would be a good employee,but it requires some sort of motivation to enjoy your job) thank you for the useless and copy paste templete answer you have prepared.You offer nothing,even when it comes to values you just list some values you find on pinterest and apply them in an agressive manner. But nice try...i guess for a begginer company.

I successfully worked with Digital Web Properties for around 5 years. For the first few years, I was a part-time remote content writer. When I opened my own writing business, we continued to collaborate on a regular basis as partners. From a former employee/collaborator point of view - payments were always made on time, contracts respected, and solutions found for any concerns along the way. All the team members I have personally communicated with during these years have been nothing less than wonderful. From a workload point of view - Indeed, my writing tasks took a considerable amount of time to complete, including the visual research and upload requirements, and the content can become repetitive at one point (after multiple years, in my case). However, if you want to challenge yourself, sharpen your skills, and grow as a professional (not only a writer), I warmly recommend considering the opportunity to work with Digital Web Properties.
