- I am assuming that if you are reading through reviews, you are either a customer, in the interview process, or considering applying. If you are in the process, let me implore you - do not accept a position at Digital Eel and save yourself and your mental health. Most of that is because the OWNER is difficult to work with. Female owner is a terrible human being who blames and steps over the others without a second thought. The attrition is high because the red flags become quite obvious once you're on board.
- There is no training for new employees, so if this is your first job or you have no experience, good luck. They will start assigning you tasks as soon as you step in, and you will have to figure out things on your own. Sometimes they don't even introduce you to other employees. You start working and don't even know who is who
- I really can't say enough about Digital Eel and their staff. They don't just build a website, they build a working machine. After two bad experiences with other companies, Digital Eel delivered our website that gets real results, real revenue and is there for us every step of the way.
