My experience with Digi Enter has been extremely disappointing, and I am completely unsatisfied with their services. Before taking payment, they made big promises about the quality of the website, SEO performance, lead generation, and digital marketing support. I was assured that their SEO services would help generate quality leads for my business and that they would provide continuous support. Unfortunately, these promises were never fulfilled. Despite paying more than ₹70,000 over the course of our association for website development, SSL certificates, SEO, and other services, I did not receive the level of service that was promised. The website they delivered was very basic, outdated, and far from professional. It lacked the quality, creativity, and functionality that were showcased during the sales process. It certainly did not justify the amount I paid. I was also promised more than 20 graphics every month, including promotional creatives and festival posts. However, these commitments were not honored consistently, and the actual delivery was nowhere close to what had been promised. To make matters worse, whenever there was an issue or a request, I was often asked to make additional payments—sometimes for SSL, sometimes for SEO, and at other times for different reasons. It felt like there was always another charge instead of proper service. The final disappointment came when I decided to discontinue their services and have my website managed by another developer. Instead of cooperating with a smooth handover, they demanded another ₹3,500 for service discontinuation and domain transfer, even after I had already paid them a substantial amount over the years. Based on my personal experience, I found a huge gap between what was promised during the sales process and what was actually delivered. If you are considering working with Digi Enter, I strongly recommend getting every commitment in writing, confirming ownership of your domain and website, understanding all recurring charges, and clarifying the exit and transfer process before making any payment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
