I didn't become a customer because 'The Consultants' received a lot of inquiries and didn't have time for me. Nevertheless, I was able to take away a lot from the first interview. Of course I was not idle and looked elsewhere. As a result, I had to find out again and again how grossly negligent some agencies are. That scares me a lot, especially since this condition is unfortunately normal. There are obviously only very, very few agencies that really help you and where everything is right. To this day I have not found any other agency like "Die Beratung". I turned down a lot of the agencies I asked because I noticed in the first interview how unstructured and dubious they were - thanks to the very exemplary interview with Jenny. Some people charge a four-figure amount for a task that, as I found out afterwards, took 2 minutes. Fortunately, I refused and was able to solve it myself. An agency that goes in advance to convince is nice, only if you notice that the effort has increased tenfold, as if you had done it alone, that is more than worrying. - constant, time-consuming phone calls without content - common controls where more than half is forgotten (better he would have done it alone, then I would not have noticed how grossly negligent he works) - the non-clarification of the consequences, no checklist, nothing - the non-examination of changes and their effects - just start working wildly and then sit deep in your sh ... - blame the hoster (who have clearly refuted that) - showing what he did not manage, including reading out definitions that do not contribute anything to the matter. I'm not interested in how he does his job, if he doesn't know, he just has to ask the hoster. Why do I have to point this out to him? A kindergarten child can do that better. - unabashed and no guilty conscience when I have to spend hours mending everything that you have destroyed That would never have happened with "Die Beratung". Already in the first interview it became clear that they work in a very structured way and have checklists for everything and also a specialist for every topic. Their prices are also justified. I used the same thing without an agency, but with less success. Unfortunately, I haven't found a suitable replacement agency yet and all of the "company coaches" I bought from were a failure. The advisors are great. I know Malte and Jonas's video courses, the courses have helped me in a number of specific ways. The podcasts are also very informative and entertaining and also helpful.
