- They seem authentic among the sea of artificial, grey firms

- Brutally unprofessional. I submitted a general inquiry about web site design. The response was that I am probably not ready to make the required investment to work with them. They offered to suggest a smaller company or a freelancer. I asked for a quote. They failed to provide a quote but stated that they suspected the price was going to be too high for me. They again offered to introduce me to a 'trusted person" who could help me. Avoid like the plague.
