Designpluz helps us with software development. They use Angular for the frontend, Figma for the design, Node.js for the server, MongoDB for the database, and it all sits on Heroku and AWS. We also use many plug-in services such as S3 Buckets, storage, monitoring tools, and the standard software development kit with Jira, tracking, and bug and QA tools. We built the initial prototype, and then we developed it into a full-blown platform together.The software is now in production and has about 1,000 users monthly. They have good technical skills; they can crack any technical problem we throw at them. They’re also very clever people. The developers can figure things out themselves and suggest improvements. In addition, they’re hardworking, they even work late nights and weekends.

We wanted to create a whole new branding strategy and needed resources to redesign our existing app to support that. Our goal was not to just update the app but rather to look at it from a new approach. Internally, everyone liked the overall functionality as well as the look and feel. We’ve already had releases but are waiting for a few more changes before we go live. Once we have live users, we’ll see more quantitative feedback. Not only have they delivered what they said they would, they’re easy to communicate with. It’s hard to predict what kind of challenges you’ll face with a global company, but we’ve had a positive experience so far.
