- One star is mandatory otherwise they do not even deserve a star. We started working with them in July and we we were told that our website will be liver in 4-6 weeks which never happened. Finally our website was live on October and since then it has crashed 4 times. We are writing this review on January 18th 2021 and our website is down since January 12th 2021. Since Jan 12th we are trying to get in touch with our project manager, other team members through various means like phone calls, messaging platform they have, live chat etc. We must have called them at least 100 times in this span and they simply do not care to reply. Till date we have paid them $5199 which included website designing, on-page SEO, dedicated server (for 3 years), site maintenance and SSL certificate (for 5 years). Its been only 3 months or so since our website has gone live and these guys have just vanished. Since I am trying to follow up with them since a week now and I had no point of contact till date. It will be safe for us to think that they have taken our money and vanished.
- I paid this company $1220 on September for a website to be completed in 3 weeks per Asher. Then I was assigned to Allen nothing then I was assigned to Calvin nothing again. Then I asked for supervisor Dale and we are now in 2021 and still no website. I've asked for a refund and they are silent. Enter at your own risk.
- Total scam do not use this company.. Way to much baloney to explain.
- I worked with Design Eminent on refreshing our logo. It was a pleasure working with them. They were both very kind, met or exceeded expectations for deadlines, and were extremely responsive to emails. They provided crucial creative insight into the new design and worked with us to refine the logo to fit our vision. I would definitely recommend them for logo design and will use them for all of our future projects!
- When I began my search to find a web site that would be of excellent quality to Represent my company on the world wide web -I must admit I found it to be a daunting experience. When I finally found Design Eminent, I thought at last! The designs were innovative and felt welcoming and easy to use(I thought this would be important for my users). But the best part was realizing I could change any of the header pictures to my personal ones which made my web site unique to my business; I did make a couple of mistakes when amending my site. But one cry for help!! by email, to the Design Eminent team, and all was put right ;0)) If you are looking for a web site that fits your business/personal needs, I cannot recommend Design Eminent enough.
