Desi9n has been building custom business software from Kraków, Poland since 2008. We work with companies whose processes have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools — designing systems for production management, transport and fleet operations, document workflows, and data integrations between ERP platforms, e-commerce systems and industry-specific tools.
A second core specialty is legacy modernization: we take over and rebuild systems abandoned by their original developers, including reverse-engineering industrial hardware that shipped with no documentation.
How we work is as much a differentiator as what we build. Clients talk directly to the developers writing their code, with no sales layer in between. Every project transfers full copyright of the source code to the client — no vendor lock-in. Billing is transparent and hourly, and most of our client relationships span years rather than single projects.
Recent work includes a fleet and transport management system integrated with Trans.eu, a production management platform for a printing house, a clinic management system built for the Dutch healthcare market, mobile field-service apps for the largest out-of-home advertising operator in Poland, and WCAG accessibility audits including for public-sector clients.
