DBConvert Verified Company
We are a small company in Bratislava that has spent since 2001 on one problem: getting data out of one database and into another without losing any of it.
Most people know us for the software. Our tools are used by banks, hospitals, government agencies, manufacturers and independent software vendors in more than 60 countries to convert and synchronise data across SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, SQLite, MS Access, FoxPro and DBF, on premises and in the cloud.
The service side exists because customers kept asking for it. Some of them do not want a tool, a licence and a learning curve. They want the migration finished, correctly, by people who have done it several hundred times.
So we do it for them, and we do it on our own engine. That is the whole advantage: when something in a conversion is wrong, we are not opening a support ticket with a vendor and waiting. We change the code.
Three kinds of work come up most often. A one-off conversion and cutover, scoped and quoted as a fixed project. A repeatable synchronisation or change-data-capture pipeline, built, tested and handed over with a runbook so your own team owns it afterwards. And the work nobody else takes: data sitting in FoxPro, dBase, Paradox, Btrieve or Access, usually inside a system whose original author left years ago and whose documentation was never written.
How we charge does not change. Working out what is wrong is free, always, however long it takes and whoever turns out to have caused it. Building something, running it or taking responsibility for it is quoted in advance, in writing, before anyone starts. Nobody gets a surprise invoice from us.
Twenty-five years of doing nothing else sits behind that.
