Contratei o serviço Daniel Emiliano , para a criação de um site para um cliente. Paguei 1/3 do combinado para que o Sr Daniel inicia-se o trabalho. Quando chegou o momento de nos apresentar a logo, tivemos uma grande decepção. Ele nos sugeriu 3 megas clichês no seguimento. Tentei argumentar com ele várias vezes, se não seria possível algo diferente e mais criativo. Como resposta o Sr Daniel disse: - não tem o que ser feito, essas são as opções. Diante da limitação impostas, percebemos que ele não atenderia nossas expectativas (que nem era demais). Apenas fugir do clichê. Comuniquei a decisão do cliente em interromper o contrato. E o Sr Daniel se recusou a devolver parte do que já havia sido pago. Foi oferecido um valor pelo tempo q ele "trabalhou " mas não usariamos a criação. Eu pedi, o cliente entrou em contato pedindo a devolução de parte do dinheiro, sem sucesso O Sr Daniel alega que merece e deve ficar com o valor, mesmo que tenhamos ficados insatisfeitos. O Sr Daniel nos prestou uma péssima experiência e um sofrível serviço. Além das perdas monetárias e de tempo. Ninguém cresce ou faz sucesso lesando o cliente. Resolvemos deixar ele com o valor e deixar que o tempo faça as devidas cobranças. Ele respondeu que sou mentirosa tenho a intenção de prejudica-lo e tem pronta da conversa. Por aí ja dá para ver o Nobel de maturidade do Sr Daniel .. que usou a pandemia para não desenver o valor, não tem argumento em sua defesa me chama de mentirosa. Também tenho o print da conserva e tenho o direito de contar a minha experiência negativa com ele no espaço que ele criou para ser avaliado . Aos que leram esse relato, minha intenção foi adverti-los para serem cuidados na escolha e na contratação Também fazemos parte das pessoas atingidas pela pandemia é nem por isso saímos lesado as pessoas. - Parceiro de longa data!
