- Excellent experience thus far. We were able to save more than $13K annually be utilizing the services of DAI. Their staff have a wealth of information to share.
- It was hard to deal with all the high pressure sales people that were trying to get us to advertise. With DAI, everything is taken care of for us. Nancy is always right on top of things and is easy to work with.
- Kim listened to us, offered us guidance and advice and found ways we could cut our cost significantly while remaining visible to our clients! She was very personable and wonderful to work with. Kim Virgili was wonderful at showing us current trends in advertising, saving us some money, and providing us wonderful support! I've been very satisfied with Directory Assistants Inc. Before using DAI we had a representative who only showed up at the end of our cycle and presented us with a contract. I told him what we wanted and didn't want, and he did not listen to us, the customer.
