Creative Baguette is a small web design studio in Sydney. It was founded in 2022 by Manon Vernay, a French-Australian designer, and works with small businesses across Australia.
The studio exists because of a pattern its clients keep describing: a website that was started and never finished, a developer who stopped replying, or a template that never quite looked like the business it was meant to represent. Most people who arrive here are not looking for their first website. They are looking for someone to finally finish the job properly.
The work is deliberately low-effort for the client. One conversation is usually enough to begin. From there the studio writes the copy, plans the structure, designs the pages and builds the site, and a first working version is normally ready within a week. Nothing is handed to a page builder: sites are hand-coded and run on the studio's own hosting, which is why they load quickly and stay online.
Services cover website design and development, redesigns of existing sites, brand identity and logo design, search engine optimisation, hosting, and ongoing maintenance under a monthly care plan. Landing pages start around $700 and most full website projects sit between $1,900 and $3,800 Australian dollars. Care plans start at $97 a month.
Service businesses are the strongest fit, because for them credibility does most of the selling before any conversation happens. Allied health practices, accountants, consultants, trades and not-for-profits are all common. The studio has worked with more than 120 clients.
Two things it does not do: promise search rankings, or promise a set number of leads. Nobody can honestly do either. Clients are told plainly what their site needs, what it does not, and occasionally that they do not need a new website at all.
