We have been customers of creasotol for 3 years and they are a responsible and stable company. - I received a bad service from them, I live in Australia, with a very large time difference, when I was quoting the services for the creation of a website, for online sale, they at that time answered me during overtime in Colombia, no The day or the hour did not matter for the doubts that we had, when I decided to take the service with them and made the first payment, everything was complicated and this stopped being the case. They also give you a period of time, which is not fulfilled at all. In my specific case they said from 20 to maximum 30 days of delivery, and it was 2 months for delivery, double what was agreed. They have the processes "created and established" in the company, a very good topic, BUT this must be without harming the client in terms of time, it happened to me that you as a client have to be aware that each process delivers what it has to deliver, because if you do not ask for it, it is not completed or delivered. Bad experience with them.
