Cre8 IOT Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based Smart City IoT solutions company supporting public sector agencies (PBTs), utilities, and asset owners in deploying reliable, data-driven systems for urban infrastructure and operational monitoring. Our work focuses on addressing real operational challenges faced by city operators, engineers, and facility managers through practical and deployable IoT and AI solutions.

We design, develop, and deploy end-to-end IoT ecosystems covering field devices and sensors, edge computing, communications, cloud platforms, data analytics, and AI integration. Solutions are engineered to integrate with existing infrastructure and legacy systems, supporting both greenfield and brownfield environments. Emphasis is placed on system reliability, maintainability, and long-term operation rather than short-term proof-of-concept deployments.

Cre8 IOT has hands-on experience delivering solutions for public utilities and institutions, including pump, reservoir, and NPS monitoring, energy usage monitoring for compliance and optimisation, smart healthcare systems, and campus and building energy monitoring.
