Most businesses are smaller businesses: 90% of US companies are under $10M in revenue and 54% of all US sales are generated by small-to-medium-sized businesses.

And most of those SMBs need help with their digital design and marketing but don't go get it: 92% of SMBs know their website affects their sales but only 26% of SMB sought help.

And they're right to fret: 82% of Americans are less likely to buy something from an outdated website and the average American abandons 24 purchases a year thanks to bad sites.

So what do you do? You go to an agency and stress as you watch your budget fly out the window while feeling bullied into a longwinded know-it-all process. Or you hire freelancers and stress as you constantly monitor freelancers you can’t rely on and who you don’t know are doing good work.

We think the whole situation sucks and we aim to fix it with what we call “Rational Design”. Our aim is to shrinkwrap the gold-standard agency process so that more companies can have more design that's more effective.
