Coral Tree is an applied AI consulting and engineering firm based in Los Angeles. We build AI systems that work in production, across the full stack, for organizations whose needs sit outside what standard platforms and generalist consultants are equipped to handle.

Our work spans the entire technical range. At the top, that means strategy, opportunity assessment, and architecture decisions. At the bottom, it means model design, custom training on proprietary data, retrieval systems, agentic pipelines, and the serving infrastructure that keeps everything running under real-world load. We do not have a preferred tool or a default playbook. Every engagement is scoped from first principles based on the data, the infrastructure, and the outcome the client is trying to reach.
