- I've known Jane Cooper of Cooper-Hong professionally since about 2000. She does great work for her clients, whether corporate or non-profits she believes in (often partly pro-bono -- I've had personal experience with two). She is a real asset to our community and has become a great friend over the years -- as well as one of MY clients on three occasions. In that role as my customer she is the "perfect client'" -- a great listener and good with useful and courteous feedback, no-complaining. That speaks volumes to her demeanour and attitude and being as good a provider as I can imagine to her own clients. I heartily recommend Jane, her highly professional associate, Mark, and her excellent and well-regarded firm.
