Average is better than “below average”, but not “good”, at least not on TechBehemoths. coolblueweb is one of those companies that might deliver some projects, but are not convincing enough. For this reason, their profile strength is average. Advice: get in touch with coolblueweb if you have a great intuition. Otherwise, go the extra mile and find a slightly better ranking company. We have 5,000 strong and excellent ones from a total of 43,000+.

Be Sure to check out Yelps reviews! I could write a ten page review about this company and their purposeful negligence, weeks/months (years) of non responses, self imposed deadlines never kept, and a work ethic i would best describe as criminal. But unfortunately for lots of other people who have had the same experience, it has been described in great detail already.... Synopsis: After continually dragging me on with one excuse after the other, for more than 2 years(!) and costing me more than 30k in charges plus my own additional related expenses, i ended up with nothing! That's right, Nothing. Run Away! F.Y.I. Jonathan Martin, owner of CoolBlueWeb, has re-branded into a new company called "Little Rhino"

PLEASE read all the negative reviews on Yelp and DO NOT be mislead by a few positive reviews about Jonathan Martin and his company! If I could, I'd leave a zero or negative star rating for this company and most importantly for the owner Jonathan Martin. Mr. Martin is a borderline 'Thug' with absolutely no sense for how to properly scope projects so they come in on budget, how to manage customer expectations or handle unhappy customers! He calls their process 'Agile Project Management' but the only thing agile about their process is Jonathan's ability to incorrectly scope and manage projects with absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction while extracting large amounts of money from his customers! Unfortunately, I paid Cool Blue Web $54,596 of hard earned money without ever receiving a functional, finished website that met specifications included in their proposal. As I realized Jonathan and his inept team of developers would not be able to create the site outlined in their proposal and when I was quoted an additional $10,815.76 to fix the mess they had created I had no choice but to walk away from the project!! DO NOT be fooled by all the great pictures of Jonathan and his team on their website. After nine months of working with them I began to realize they had no idea how to structure Woocommerce in a way that met the ordering process specifications I provided. At this point we had gone thru two project managers and Jonathan decided to take over management of my project. Like some other reviews about Cool Blue Web I've read, I experienced the exact same 'strong arm' tactics from Jonathan Martin as he became more and more combative until he finally quoted an unexpected high amount that appeared to be an attempt to make me go away! Jonathan had absolutely no concern for my satisfaction and it was obvious this approach to wrap up a tough project was a common practice experienced by other reviewers. Jonathan Martin's handling of me and my account were borderline criminal considering his complete lack of empathy and his inability to properly scope my project so it could be brought to completion at or under budget. It's been over a year since I parted ways with Jonathan and Cool Blue Web, but the emotional and financial pain I experienced with Jonathan Martin and his company continues!
