Consulting Partners Türkiye is an Istanbul-based consultancy that builds AI-driven process automation for small and medium-sized businesses across Turkey. We describe what we do as Forward-Deployed AI Consultancy: instead of delivering a report and leaving, we work inside the client's operation until the automated process is running on its own.

Our engagement always follows the same four steps. First, process analysis: we map how work actually flows in the company - who does what, with which tools, in how many steps, and where the waiting and rework happen. Second, an automation map: we separate the steps that are suitable for automation and AI from the ones that should stay with people. Third, build: we automate the suitable processes end to end and connect them to the systems the company already uses (accounting, CRM, ERP, e-mail). Fourth, training and handover: the client's team learns to run and adjust the system, and we hand it over in working condition.

We do not sell a single software product. Typical application areas that come out of the analysis are invoice and document processing, quotation preparation, e-mail workflows, customer-support assistants, and CRM/ERP integration - these are examples, not a fixed service list. We work with companies of any size and sector that want to simplify their processes.

Our engineering team includes staff holding Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect credential (the certificate is issued to individuals, not to companies, so we do not call ourselves a "certified company"). We only publish figures we have actually measured; we do not promise results we cannot verify.
