    Negligently deleted our 8 year old Google Shopping Account & Product Feed We used Colewood for Google Adwords, and also for SEO. They carelessly deleted entire website categories from our database (footwear, and part of our luggage section). Their SEO work had spelling mistakes, and grammatical errors, so we had to go through and correct all of that. When you own a business, you’re only happy when you’re selling, right? Even more seriously than that then, was that when we parted company because of the above they completely deleted our 8 year old Google Shopping Account (Google Merchant Centre), which was an extremely mature account that took us years to build up. They had absolutely no right to delete it, and could be considered negligent. We quickly set up a brand-new one, but since then we have been flagged and suspended by Google Shopping, possibly because they think we are a “newbie”. We are in fact extremely well-versed in eCommerce Product Feeds as we are over 12 years old now and the suspensions always get lifted without us making any changes, meaning that we are probably being checked because we were seen as new to it all. Upon approaching Colewood for some kind of accountability and resolution, they made some feeble offer that was way under what we had lost in revenue & profit. They also ignore emails on the matter, and seemingly have no intention of putting right what they have done. Maybe they don’t fully understand the scope of their actions? This review is not us venting, but in our honest experience, they have been negligent in some major areas, and ultimately have cost our business thousands of pounds without apology or resolution, and do not seem to accept their mistakes when things do go wrong. Seems he is trying to cleverly deflect from the fact they have accidentally/negligently deleted a Google Merchant Centre of many years. Hasn’t replied to any of my emails, and hasn’t phoned me as requested either. My message still stands, and we would not leave a review of this nature just for the fun of it. They are not willing to cover a small expenses bill and move on in goodwill plus in addition his facts below are not accurate. We did not wait two weeks to set up a new account, but it took that long to get our newly submitted one authorised by Google. In addition, a Google Merchant centre account needs only 1 admin to remain functional and active, in the instance of our account we had several admins. Our account was within your MCA and it was confirmed by Google (which you are aware of) that someone from within Colewood had negligently deleted our account as apposed to simply unlinking it. This is a huge mistake made by Colewood, that has cost alloutdoor. You had the option to unlink or entirely delete our account - and you deleted it which has led to numerous issues ever since, because Google are continuously assessing our Merchant Centre as if we are new to selling online when actually we are 12 years old now. All very upsetting, but the saddest part is your unwillingness to accept full responsibility for what you have done.

    Best PPC organisation I have worked with from top to bottom. Not only have Colewood made huge improvements to my shopping campaign but they have even managed to make my search campaigns profitable which until now had always been a thankless task. Everything is transparent and Neil is always on hand and very knowledgeable. Best decision we have made this year.

    After making a complaint a month ago Colewood quickly turned things around for my company, following a period of bad service. We now have a new account manager who seems very capable and proactive. We are looking forward to some positive results and a better working relationship.
