Most of the projects that reach us do not start with someone wanting software. They start with a process that has quietly stopped working: bookings arriving over WhatsApp at midnight, a property team re-typing the same contract for the hundredth time, a support inbox that never empties. Our first job is usually to work out whether software actually fixes that, and occasionally to say that it does not.

When it does, we build it. That covers web platforms on Next.js and React, cross-platform mobile apps on React Native, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems that sit inside an existing workflow rather than beside it. Recent work includes multilingual customer-support agents that hand over to a human at the right moment, document-reading and contract-generation for property management, sales tracking with email automation, and AI-driven KPI reporting.

We also run our own products, which is the honest test of whether we can ship. Spartlic is a car services marketplace app live on the App Store and Google Play in the UAE. BUAI.ai is a platform of specialised AI agents that carry out real operational tasks such as server management and business email, each with scoped permissions, validation and logging so behaviour stays predictable and auditable.

Building for this region has its own demands. Arabic and English usually need to sit side by side, which means right-to-left layouts planned from the first wireframe rather than retrofitted. Payments mean local gateways. Most users arrive on a phone over mobile data, so performance is a commercial decision. We work in both languages, we hand over the source code and the store accounts at the end, and we stay involved after launch, because that is the point at which software actually gets tested.
