- Passed an interview for the position of PM, which consisted of: interview with HR (1.5 hours) + checking English, completing the terms of reference (1 day), technical interview (1.5 hours), checking recommendations from other companies and the final one with the company's founder , Marina Potemkina. HR, Anna, did not always call when they agreed and did not give feedback, at the promised time - they had to be the first to write and remind. I went through all the stages and reached the final interview with the CEO, Marina. But then the most interesting thing happened - 5 minutes before calling Marina, Anna called me and said that there would be no interview with Marina, since she suddenly went on vacation)))))))))))))))). And when he will return and when we will transfer - she does not know. Also HR, Anna, told me that they have been looking for PM for more than half a year and they do not know what exactly they need. Also, she said that she was fired and she just helps to find candidates for the half rate. In general, the company is a circus tent.
