- CO.gency group / Novo were an adequate service. We found they did the job required but needed a lot of prompting to get the most out of them. I would of rated 3-4 stars but the director was very unprofessional when we gave him notice to leave. He immediately paused the account for two days until we paid an invoice that wasn't due for 2 weeks. This resulted in us losing 3 days of our campaign in the final month we paid for. I found this very unprofessional which is why i dropped my rating.
